不锈钢反应釜爆破原因及处理办法
1、反应釜中带入机械杂质,产生局部摩擦发热导致反应釜分解爆破。
处理方法:注意检修时不要掉入机械杂质。
2、轴承组件磨损发热,产生过热后温度升高导致反应釜分解爆破。
处理方法:严格检查备件质量,提高检修质量。
3、搅拌器桨叶与釜壁摩擦产生局部过热导致不锈钢反应釜分解爆破。
处理方法:提高检修质量和备件质量。
4、催化剂系统仪表自控或催化剂泵操作失灵导致反应釜分解爆破。
处理方法:检修、调试仪表,达到准确、灵敏。
5、催化剂用量过多或投料速度过快,瞬间温度上升速度太快导致分解爆破。
处理方法:严格控制催化剂用量,加料应均匀。
6、工艺系统内气体氧含量增高导致反应釜分解爆破。通常应不大于1ppm

不锈钢反应釜使用注意
(一)反应釜开车前
1、检查釜内、搅拌器、转动部分、附属设备、指示仪表、安全阀、管路及阀门是否符合安全要求。
2、检查水、电、气是否符合安全要求。
(二)反应釜开车中
1、加料前应先开反应釜的搅拌器,无杂音且正常时,将料加到反应釜内,加料数量不得很过工艺要求。
2、打开蒸气阀前,先开回气阀,后开进气阀。打开蒸气阀应缓慢,使之对夹套预热,逐步升压,夹套内压力不准很过规定值。
3、蒸气阀门和冷却阀门不能同时启动,蒸气管路过气时不准锤击和碰撞。
4、开冷却水阀门时,先开回水阀,后开进水阀。冷却水压力不得低于0.1兆帕,也不准高于0.2兆帕。
5、水环式真空泵,要先开泵后给水,停泵时,先停泵后停水,并应排除泵内积水。
6、随时检查反应釜运转情况,发现异常应停车检修。
7、清洗钛环氧(搪瓷)反应釜时,不准用碱水刷反应釜,注意不要损坏搪瓷。
(三)反应釜停车后
1、停止搅拌,切断电源,关闭各种阀门。
2、铲锅时必须切断搅拌机电源,悬挂警示牌,并设人监护。
3、反应釜必须按压力容器要求进行定期技术检验,检验不合格,不得开车运行。
